Common fixes

The microphone doesn't work

Tap "Hold to laugh" once to allow the microphone, then hold it while laughing. If you blocked it earlier, allow the microphone for this site in your browser settings (iPhone: Settings › Safari › Microphone).

The face cut-out looks wrong

Use a photo with one face looking at the camera in good light, then use the Zoom and Left/Right/Up/Down sliders.

No sound on iPhone

Turn off silent mode (the switch on the side) and turn up the volume.

Exporting the HD video is slow or fails

Keep the page open and the phone unlocked while it renders. Recent Chrome, Edge and Safari make the MP4 faster than real time; other browsers record it in real time. If it still fails, try a computer, or email us.

I paid but it still says "confirming"

Payment confirmation usually arrives within seconds. Refresh the page after a minute, or open the link in the email we sent. Still stuck? Email us with the email address you paid with.

Remove a person or delete a choir

Open your choir and tap ✕ on a singer, or "Delete this choir". Everything is also deleted automatically 30 days after the choir was created.

Refunds

If the unlock doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days for a refund.
