Terms of service
Effective 6 November 2026. These terms are between you and Tinkerer (Pratik Poddar), an individual developer, 76, Vrindavan Vihar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, India ("we"). By using Laugh Choir you agree to them.
The service
Laugh Choir lets you build a short video in which faces on cartoon costumes sing a public-domain melody using recorded laughs. Building a choir and watching a watermarked preview is free. A one-time payment per choir ($9, or ₹299 in India, taxes included) unlocks HD MP4 downloads (9:16 and 1:1) and a private gift page for that choir until it is deleted 30 days after creation. Download your HD files before then.
Your content
- Only add people who agreed to be in the video, and only people aged 13 or older. You must be 13 or older to use Laugh Choir.
- Don't upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't use a choir to mock or bully anyone.
- You keep any rights you have in your photos and recordings. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
- We may remove a choir or gift page that breaks these terms, for example after a report.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their checkout terms also apply. The unlock is a digital product delivered immediately. If it doesn't work for you (for example the HD export fails on your device and we can't fix it), email pratik.phodu@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund you.
Music and software
All melodies are in the public domain or traditional; the note data, arrangements, costumes, code and design are ours. You may share the videos you make for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided "as is". The pitch of a laugh can only be bent so far, so results vary. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the choir concerned.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. If we change these terms we will update this page.
